  • What is the turnaround time?
    The turnaround time does depend on the project you book and the quantity you purchase. The general timeframe for a single service is 7-14 business days.
  • What are our business hours?
    I am available M 7pm-10pm, T 4pm-7pm, W 5pm-10pm, TH 8pm-10pm, and F 9am-5pm and T 7pm-10pm. I do not work on holidays, but orders may be worked on the weekends and/or sent out on weekends if a rush fee is applied to your service at checkout.
  • What is the best way to contact me?
    The best way to reach me is via email at queengraphics8@gmail.com. Please allows 24-72hrs for a response after the initial email is sent.
  • When will I be updated on my order?
    I will update you on your order during the turnaround time. If there a many projects being worked on resulting in a delay or extension, I will notify the client. Please avoid contacting me about your order as it will affect the design process and cause your orders and many others to take longer
  • Can I get revisions on my order?
    You are provided with 2 free revisions. After this limit, you will be charged a $15 revision fee per revision. In the nature of the how much the client wants their order revised, cost may increase. If a client requests three new logo draft sets, a redesign fee of $30 will apply.
  • What is the deposit policy?
    For your order to begin, FULL payments are required. Once payment has been complete, no refunds are given.
  • What is your refund policy?
    Once your project has begun, refunds will not be issued. All services are non-refundable, so please book with this in mind. For further information, please read the Terms and Conditions
