BELOW ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT HAVE BEEN CAREFULLY WRITTEN TO PROTECT

YOU ("THE CLIENT/CUSTOMER") AND “QUEEN GRAPHICS". IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU VIEW THESE TERMS PRIOR TO PURCHASING OR CONTACTING US FOR PROJECTS.

 

 

DESIGN CONTENT

It is important to have an idea of what you are expecting before you book our services. We ask that you explicitly state how you want your designs to be done when you complete the inquiry form. Send examples/inspiration of your vision for the design or you may provide a sketch or examples from our page.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS

All payments must be submitted through our website or invoices

FULL payments must be provided in order to begin the project; project will not begin until payment is 100% paid and confirmed

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Unless, Queen Graphics cancels a project due to personal reasons, that will be the only time the client will receive an 100% refund

Remaining balances are due before final files can be sent; if a client fails to submit their balance, they will not receive their project until it has been received

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

In the event that you need to cancel a project for any reason, please get in touch with Queen Graphics instantly. It should be noted that if you decide to cancel your project, you will not receive a refund; if you would like to rebook, you will need to pay in full.

Queen Graphics reserves the right to terminate any ongoing projects with a client who is uncooperative and to provide a refund.

In the event that the client does not reply to components (such as surveys and contracts) sent out to start a project within 7 days, the project will be canceled and refunded for lack of contact.

 

TURNAROUND TIMES

A project's turnaround time begins based on the date provided via client portal, not the exact day booked.

The turnaround period depends on the type of service booked. Please see description under each service to check the specific turnaround time (this period is in relation to the project drafts). Final files will be sent within 1-2 business days hours of approval (once there are no changes to be made)

Turnaround times are not inclusive of weekends - only weekdays; holidays are not included, either.

Turnaround times are subject to extensions if clients have not submitted all necessary information to begin/continue/finish projects.

Rush fees can be applied on services for an additional $80 if need 1-2 business days or $40 for 3-4 business days.

 

CHANGES AND REVISIONS

Clients are allowed 2 FREE revisions after final draft is sent

After the revision limit, all additional adjustments or new drafts will incur a cost of $15-$20 depending on the nature of the design.​

 

CLIENT REQUIREMENTS

Ensure to have all requirements met BEFORE booking! (See information section below each service on our website to view)

You MUST include your order number in the subject line of emails sent to us regarding your project. Otherwise, there is a high possibility that the content of such email will be missed/omitted when your project has begun.

 

FILES

All clients will receive the following file formats depending on their requested services: .jpg, .png, .pdf

All drafts will be watermarked by Queen Graphics before client's approval on final design

Queen Graphics reserves the right to post any content made unless the client has requested to not have content shared, in which the contract will be sent to the client to sign.

Clients are given 2 free revisions - color changes, font changes etc. After these have been exceeded, a $15 fee per revision will be charged.

Redesign & revision are different - a revision is a minor change (like a color/font/wording), whereas a redesign is a major change (concept, layout, etc). Redesigns are an additional $30 & will be applied per design.

*For logo designs, if a client wants more logo concepts, it will be a redesign fee imposed.*

 

Once a client has approved of a design & final files are sent, no additional revisions can be made. If a client needs a revision, a redesign fee will be applied.
